Your training history
Your profile, goals, schedule, reps, loads, tempo and progress connect your training sessions. Training history helps AI coaching personalise your plan and set a starting point for your next session.
Face recognition and consent
We use face recognition for gym access and to link sessions to your profile and training stats with your consent. You can contact us to ask about the information collected, consent or alternative access, including a key card.
CCTV and gym security
CCTV supports security at the gym. Contact us if you have a question about CCTV footage involving you, its use or retention.
Access, correction and withdrawal
Email customersupport@hwxyz.ai to request access to or correction of your data, or to withdraw consent. Describe the request without sending passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We will explain the verification steps and any effect on the services you use.
Use, access and sharing
Your personal training history is stored securely for your own account access and used for legitimate training purposes. We do not share your private training records with other members. Rewards leaderboards show your chosen nickname, score and rank only with your consent. Contact us for details about storage, service providers, retention or deletion.
This website, analytics and maps
This website stores your language preference in your browser. Email buttons open your email application. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides page-view and performance analytics. The embedded map loads only when you choose “Load Google Map”; Google then handles map requests under its own privacy policy.
